Trevi Fountain: They say that if you throw a coin over your left shoulder into the fountain, you'll one day return to Rome...
...so, I guess we'll be back! If not, at least the 3,000 Euro that is collected from the fountain nightly is donated to charities!
Parched? Not a problem, just stop and take a refreshing drink from one of Rome's many unique fountains.

This hidden little pizza joint was legit! Pizza del Teatro.
We were about an hour early to Pizza del Teatro, so to kill some time until it opened, we walked along the river.
Finally - lunch! The pizza was soooo good!
After lunch: gelato (duh). Isandro could not tear himself away from the window, watching the gelato chef work away.
Cheers!
Lots of gelato sharing going on here.
Isandro was a little tuckered out in the afternoon.
There was a traditional Italian puppet show at Gianicolo park that I thought would be awesome to take the kids to, but because of the rainy weather that morning, the show wasn't on. :( Bummer, but at least we stumbled upon this cool little spot. I think it was the highlight of the kids' day!
Benicio had a great time in this spinning Peppa Pig ride.
But he kept a serious face the entire time!
Isandro's favorite thing was the basketball game.
The views from the top of Gianicolo Park were really nice.
View of the Vatican.
