Snack time at Abu Ashraf. This coffeehouse (coffee beans are roasted on the premises - um, yum!) is famous all over town for its katayef (sweet pancakes folded over goat's cheese or sinnamon walnuts, then doused with geranium syrup).

Day 2 in Nazareth: off to breakfast
Breakfast at the Michele House, the other guest house with the same owner as the Alexandra House where we stayed.
Al Mutran Guest House. There was supposed to be a unique gift shop here, but according to staff inside, it's "no more". :(
Mount Precipice. Great views once you get past the broken glass and litter everywhere.

Nazareth Village. Enjoying our "biblical meal" prepared like in the days of Jesus. The pita bread was made fresh in that hot stone oven. We also had fresh hummus, salads, lentil soup, and chicken. It was delicious!
