Trying to get Benicio pumped up for sleeping in his own bed in Isandro's room, so I let him pick out a stuffed animal at the store for him to cuddle with in his new bed. He picked out Chase from the show Paw Patrol.

Couch Napper
Been struggling with naps lately with this guy. If he takes too long of a nap, it takes him forEVER to fall asleep at night, or same if he falls asleep too late in the day. I have tried to keep him up so that he goes to sleep quickly at night, but sometimes there is little I can do to keep him awake. When he falls asleep on the couch, you know his little body is exhausted!
First Day Ice Cream
We've always tried to have a special treat to celebrate the first day of school, and since it's so hot in AZ, what better after-school treat than some frozen yogurt?!
Lina and Isandro's First Day of School!
Lina's fifth school, Isandro's second school. Hopefully we'll be staying put for a while here!
Forgot to put her teacher's name on the board. Her teacher, Mrs. Trevino is on maternity leave until September, so her substitute teacher until then is Mrs. St. Clair.
Isandro is in a Spanish immersion program, so he has two teachers. His English teacher is Mrs. Porter, and his Spanish teacher is Miss Renteria.
It was a very rainy morning!
