Costumes and Trick-or-treaters!!

Lina's school had the week of Halloween off, so the Friday before, they were allowed to wear their costumes to school...

Walking to school...

Halloween Night... "Snow Girl" and "Spider".

Our friends came over for dinner before we headed out to go trick-or-treating.  Left to right: Abram, Isandro, Lina, Knox, Milo, Maeli, and baby Cooley.

Walking away with some treats in his bucket!

He's pleased!

Isandro's stand-in dad for the night, Damon.  (Manuel was in the states for a wedding).

Crying because they ran out of candy.

With my crew.  My snow girl, spider, and bee.

I don't think I've seen a kid so excited to go through his Halloween candy!

Getting in the Halloween spirit!

Lina had a blast digging out the guts of the pumpkins, while Isandro decided he didn't like the feel of it and just said, "Ewww!" the whole time.  Our decorations turned out great and the kids had fun helping!

What?  Don't all parents let their 2-year old play with the pumpkin carving knife?

There he is saying, "Ewww!"

I had to relinquish some control and just let Lina do the carving.  Once I showed her, she did a great job on her own!

Our mantel decorations.

Lina thought it was fun flapping her arms up and down and then when she saw the picture, she said, "It's like I'm a ghost!"

Spooooky!

An Irish Pumpkin Patch...

We went with some friends to a pumpkin patch in county Meath, about an hour away from our house.  There were fun creatures made out of hay bales, a hay bale maze that led to a pumpkin patch, and lots of running around and laughing!  The kids had a great time!

Lina and her friend, Maeli.

Ahhhh!  A giant spider!

Isandro admiring the biggest teddy bear he's ever seen.

A hay bale train!

Lina about to race through the maze!

Isandro's pick.

Lina loved the tiny ones best.

Cute cottage on our drive home.

This place was literally the size of our bedroom.  So cute and cozy!
